In-stock items are delivered within 2–3 business days from Accra. Pre-orders get delivered within 4–6 weeks from order date.

Yes, we delivernacross Ghana. Accra delivery is free over GH₵ 500.00. Other regions are calculated at checkout. International shipping isn't available yet but is coming soon. 

Yes. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. See our Returns page for the full policy. 

The Reach Pocket is a small pocket integrated into the strap, designed for the things you reach for most— lip gloss, keys, Airpods, etc. It's one of the details that makes Ease, Ease. 

Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight and contact with liquids. Store in its dust bag when not in use. 

Yes. New colourways and limited drops are offered as pre-orders. The product page will clearly say 'Pre-order' with the expected fulfillment window.
